Peter is exactly what his profile says A Super Host! Our family of 5 stayed here for 2days the location was perfect for us everything is so handy and literally less than a minute walk to shops restaurants pubs clubs. And the beach is so close! The apartment! was awesome! Great entertainment set up tvs playstation 5 and sound system the kinda stuff we like. Nice and tidy ,comfortable beds lots of space . I secretly wish i lived there We had our 2 yr old and he loved it theres 2 playgrounds down the escalator big hit for him aswell as a couole of lux feel outdoor and indoor pools on the premises easy to get to. We are used to noise so the nightlife sounds didnt bother us at all. Overall super happy and definitely going back to stay again. Thank you Peter and team you will hear from us again soon

Right in the heart of Gold coast. Amazing place, great views nearby, walkable streets and easy reach to awesome and many restaurants, pubs, clubs as well as the beach. The apartment is beautiful and loved the amenities provided inside the apartment. Worth it!

Peter was such an amazing host so responsive and so grateful to have stayed at his place 100%! One of the best Air bnb homes I’ve stayed at and the photos does not do this beautiful home justice just wow! From check in to the first walk in into the apartment absolute gob smacked! Everything we needed was all there if anything it literally felt like home. This Airbnb is highly recommended from the moment I enquired about it, Peter and Team were so responsive and helpful from booking to check in & check out the process was a 10/10. The Airbnb is the best Airbnb me and my family have stayed in we are from Sydney. Ps5 & Projector also Board games my boys loved. All Amenities for Cooking, Charging Phone cables, WiFi, beddings etc also Laundry 10/10. Woolies and restaurants below is a bonus. Balcony enjoyed every evening as a family. Thank you so much Peter and team for having us we thoroughly enjoyed our stay also walks to the beach only 3mins walk also Jetboat, Ferry etc are also only 3min walk. Plaza and Timezone everything so handy for a family holiday only 2-3mins walk. We will definitely be back if I've forgotten to mention anything there is nothing I could fault. We also had a 12 Seater 2.5 Van couldn't go underground carparking we found a whole day parking for $6 within 3 min walking distance. Thank you for having us.

Great location with lots of nice restaurant and minutes walk to the beach after your nice dinner. Shops and malls jus within 5 minutes walks down the streets. For tourist like me booked a vehicle the unit come with a private lor jus beside the lift .. highly recommended.

We loved that we were close to the ground, enjoyed watching the world go by! Close to the supermarket, restaurants and Cavill ave entertainment and only needed to use the escalator to get to the ground floor, so no waiting for the elevator! And the carpark was super convenient and close to our front door, which was handy with the kids!

Overall a great experience for my first time experience at Gold Coast. Pete and his team provided clear instructions on the check in process and collection of keys. Apartment itself is very well furnished with nothing to pick on as it really feels like home. We stayed 4 nights in this apartment. The apartment had all me modern comforts of home . We were holidaying all our two children (boy 11 and girl 7) and they thoroughly enjoyed their own space with TV /Foxtel and Wii The apartment is in a fantastic location close to the shopping precinct, restaurants and playground. Apartmentstay are fantastic hosts - very responsive to messages and their willingness to assist with any issue is prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment.

Best thing I like about Peter’s place is the location. There is grocery, playground and nice restaurants around the area and it is only few minutes walk away from the shops and Surfers paradise beach. There is also very good wifi connection and he responds quickly to my needs. Would definitely go back here for future Gold coast trips. Thanks Pete!

Very modern apartment, fully decked out with Xbox, Wii, and a PS4, there was a TV in every room with foxtel. The stand out feature was the projector screen, kids were playing the PS4 on the big screen and loved it. The room was clean and well equipped. Location was perfect with everything on our doorstep, Woolworth's just downstairs and about a minute walk to the beach. Complex was safe and secure, everything was perfect will be coming back in the near future!

Entertainment paradise with a large projector screen that streams Foxtel, PS4 and Xbox included in the apartment! Both rooms has its separate Foxtel and the spa bath is next level! FREE UNLIMITED WIFI!!!! Not an easy find in Surfers!!! Woolworths downstairs (literally!) Access to the 3 pools, games room, larger than most gyms and steam room is too good with the sauna is game over! This place has it all and with Peter as your PERFECT Host, communication within seconds with answers to all your questions. Tried booking for Christmas but no surprise it’s already booked. Our stay at Peter's apartment at "Circle on Cavill" was great , convenient to Woolies, shops and trams.Our car park was next to elevator and access to apartment was close and convenient.Peter was very welcoming and showed us everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable . I greatly enjoyed the bath several times. My daughter was able to visit and stay overnight without added cost . Overall happy with apartment and recommend to anyone wishing to stay there . After scrambling last minute to find accommodation on the Coast this place was probably the best case scenario even if we had booked way in advance. Such a beautiful apartment in a perfect spot on Cavil Ave. I can't believe we got it so easy. We met Pete straight from the airport at his apartment and he gave us a very thorough tour of the facilities. Super friendly and very helpful. The place was perfect! He made us feel welcome from the jump and was happy to field any questions we had during the duration of our stay. Can't say enough good things about this experience. This is the perfect spot for anyone visiting GC and Pete was super helpful with everything including a later check out on the last day

Mark met with us to welcome us to the apartment. He was very friendly and informative, gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us where all the facilities were. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and information provided on the listing. There were no negative surprises we got exactly what you paid for. It's in a fantastic location as well. You have melbas opposite, dominoes next door for a late night dinner after going out and a few minutes walk from everything. It was so convenient being in the heart of surfers. My group would definitely stay in this property or any of Peter's properties again :)
