The apartment is in a great location with spectacular views both day and night from all sides: beach, city, river, etc. The facilities at Soul are great with the indoor and outdoor pools and spas catering for any weather and looking over the beach. The host was very friendly and communicated clearly and promptly. We would highly recommend this property.

Absolute highlight of our short stay in qld. Our first nights were at a 5 star hotel and this apartment was even better than that. Had everything we could have asked for amd kept kids entertained throughout the stay. Whatever the weather we had it covered with both indoor outdoor pool. Inside and outside spa and sauna. Shops and restaurants next door. Apartment was very clean and host was very helpful with very clear instructions and photos. Seamless check in and out process. Would highly recommend to anyone and will stay there again.

Peter's house is so great and our big family had a wonderful holidays there. Thanks so much to Peter. The house is in the central of surfers paradise and the first front of the beach, the location is the best among all the apartments this area. All things are at walking distance, including restaurants, bars, WWS... The view from the living room and balcony is amazing, and what's more, there is 270 degree view and you can also see the sea on the back balcony. The beautiful city view from the back balcony is also very fabulous. Kids enjoy the swimming pool and spa of the building. Peter always responses us very fast and gave us very detailed instruction. By the way, the car park lot is very useful for us. Really appreciate Peter's help for our holidays.

The fact we had pretty much 360* views of the beach and city, with sunrise in morning and sunset at night was just the BEST Our kids aged 23 & 13 loved there spaces away from the adults ha ha ha which was good for us ha ha ha. Perfect space for families as there were 2 big couches and lovely big table also outdoor table with 6 chairs aswell tonnes of places to sit and chat. Would totally recommend to others if you want that unobstructed view, the beautiful indoor and out pools & spas, the town centre shops, markets and restaurants galore at your feet. Highly recommend

Can’t think of any better location. The property is right in the middle of surfers paradise. Room is big, nice and clean with amazing 360 view of surfers paradise. Beach is just across the road and there’s heaps of nice restaurants, cafe and bar just under the building.

The apartment itself is awesome.. It has everything that we need - comfy beds, washer and dryer for our clothes, spacious for our 2 little toddlers to run around.. but most importantly, it has a spectacular view.. Fantastic location with walking distance to everywhere we need to be along/in Surfers Paradise - such as near to the beach, grocery stores, a few halal eateries are nearby too.. Peter is very helpful and made everything so easy. We surely do have a wonderful stay.. Absolutely a top notch accommodation.. High recommended..

This place was amazing!! The view is unbelievable and the photos of the apartment really don't do it justice! It's the best place I've ever stayed! So clean and spacious there was 8 of us and looking at the photos I was worried it would be a bit small but it's so much bigger in real life. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge kitchen utilities were great! We made use of the BBQ area & pools too which were state of the art. Communication with our host was great they were available any time to answer and questions and check in & out was a breeze!
