The apartment easily accommodated our group of six with room to spare and was well appointed and everything worked. The air conditioning worked well when required although the breeze on the 53rd floor did a great job also. The kids loved the pay tv and wi-fi and the apartment afforded 270 degree views of the Gold Coast and hinterland. There is a Woolworths store directly under the North Tower and the beach is a five minute stroll through the Cavill Mall. The apartment also has two secured car parking spaces in the basement. Access in and out of the building is quite quick with three lifts serving the upper level penthouses and sub penthouses.Our host ensured a quick and simple check in and out.

Great location apartment on level 53. Awesome views of Gold Coast and Ocean. 3 bedrooms. Loads of space. Pay tv. Easy access to mall and amenities downstairs via Woolworths groceries. We had a great time as a family. Will be back.

We had a great stay in Surfer's Paradise and really appreciate the time that Peter spent with us to settle us in. Everything was as anticipated and Peter was a responsive and gracious host. We did have to apprise him of a repair issue (e.g. broken tile) and he addressed the repair quickly and the repair man that came to the unit was also very friendly and nice. Hi, It is a very nice apartment. Great ,great view, cleaning bathroom, capacious bedroom, nice kitchen, enough tabkeware. We fry the steak in the kitchen. So convenience for my family. Easy parking, very close to surfers Paradise, the supermarket is on the ‘C’ floor, cafe shop is opening every morning, and famous restaurant Hurricane’s Grill is belowstairs. We will come back while my next vacation to Gold Coast. BTW, if somebody come here first time, please give the notice, about it will provide bath towel, and no slippers. In a word, Excellent. This is one of the largest apartment I have ever stayed in. Balcony was huge and gave us virtually a 360 degree view. Extremely clean and well appointed room. Loved the family sized fridge as I have a large family. Once we parked our car there was no need to take it out again until we left. We were in the heart of Surfers and walking distance to everything. Communication with the owner was amazing and very responses. Can't wait to return.

Everything about this Sub Penthouse apartment was perfect for our trip. The location is in the very heart of Surfers Paradise, conveniently located to everything that's important to make the best use of every moment of a holiday. The beach, clubs, cafe's, restaurants, shops, and all forms of transportation are either at your doorstep or just a short stroll away. The check-in was delightful and Peter is an absolute gem ! We will definitely come back to this apartment for our next trip.

Booking in was so easy! Jane was great and had us checked in quickly with even better communication. The photos do not do this apartment justice. The views are amazing both day and night, well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, close to Woolworths, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Surfers Paradise. What could be better!! Will definitely try and book this apartment again!

Peter has been a very patient host who never fail to answer all my queries prior to the reservation, very fast response and accomodating to our request. On our arrival day, we met Peter in person and he brought us around to show us the facilities available for our use. Fast and hassle free check-in process. We are so happy to find such as a beautiful apartment with great panorama view of Surfer Paradise and centralized location to most attractions such as Infinity attraction, Whales in Paradise meet up point, Ripley's Believe it or not, souvenir shops, restaurants, night pubs, etc within the area. Two big supermarket Woolsworth is just right at the building and Coles 5min away at Chevron Renaissance building and also the medical store (The Chemist) and Wine store. Everything is so convenient! Photos is exactly the same as posted but so much better in actual. Kitchen is fully well equipped, big spacious living room and having 2 bathroom and 1 extra toilet is a plus point for a big family. We really enjoy our stay in this apartment and will highly recommend to our friends. Thank you Peter for your great hospitality!

Peter was so helpful in showing us all of the facilities of the apartment and also of the hotel that the apartment is located in. He maintained contact throughout the day of check in to ensure that we would have a smooth check in/arrival experience. Any problems or questions that we had he was happy to help with! The apartment itself was absolutely stunning with the most amazing views - the group of us could not have been happier with them and it was a great location to be based for everything that we were wanting to do on our trip. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

The sub penthouse was beautiful! Exactly like the pictures but with the wonderful weather we had over the weekend I stayed- the views were even better. Easy to access and easy to park. We had no issues and thank you very much Peter!
